If you haven’t already guessed, this week’s update involves notifications! We’ve reworked the email notification options. You can now individually toggle the following email notification from your “My Preferences” page:
- When a student joins a lesson through the Student Portal
- When a parent/student cancels a lesson through the Student Portal
- When a parent/student disables email reminders
- When a parent/student completes the new student sign-up form
We’ve also kept busy with these other improvements:
- For multi-teacher schools, admins can toggle the following options for non-administrators (useful for front desk employees who are not flagged as admins):
- Notify when a student joins another teacher’s lessons
- Notify when a student cancels another teacher’s lessons
- The old “CC On Student Cancellation” option has been removed and replaced by the previously mentioned settings
- If you’re located in a country that uses metric paper sizes (A4), we’ve fixed the layout of the Student Details report so that it no longer goes off the side of the page
Did you know? When you cancel a day’s worth of events in the Calendar, you’ll now see the option to notify all affected students and parents by SMS.
